Documentary Africa (DocA) has a history of supporting African filmmakers across various stages of their projects. With the launch of the Shoot Your Short, we are excited to start on our venture into supporting short-form documentary content. This year we will be awarding grants valued at $5,000
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be African producers of African nationality residing on the continent.
- Have completed at least one previous film.
- Commit to completing the short film within a year from receiving the grant.
- Ensure the film is less than 20 minutes in duration.
